Thank you for shopping with us and we hope your shopping experience has been enjoyable. We understand there may come a time when an item needs to be returned. Purchases can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your items.
Simple email us at andria@lebuste.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order stating:
- Your invoice number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange
- The exchange size/style you require
- Garments must be returned in its original condition, clean, unworn and with tags attached.
- Refunds will only be processed on the receipt of items in a satisfactory resalable condition.
- Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and no exchange or refund provided.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment and depending on the provider may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
- The total refund amount will be minus any shipping charges.
