When Your Perfect Fit Isn't On The Shelf
We take a one-on-one approach to every fitting because a number on a tag never tells the whole story. Sometimes, once we've properly fitted you, the style or size that's truly right for you isn't something we currently have in-store — and that's exactly what Custom Orders are for.
We're genuinely obsessed with getting it right, not just "close enough." If that means bringing in a different band, a deeper cup or a style from one of our specialist brands that isn't currently on the shopfloor, then we'll source it in for you.
How It Works
- Get fitted first. Custom ordering always starts with a proper fitting so we know precisely what we're sourcing. Walk in any time during trading hours (no appointment needed) or arrange a closed-door or virtual fitting if you'd prefer more privacy (by appointment).
- We find your match. Using your bra fitting results, we search across our brand range — Panache, Freya, Fantasie, Elomi, Sculptresse, Prima Donna and more — for the size, style or colour that suits your shape, style and lifestyle.
- We order it in. Most custom orders arrive within 1–2 weeks but sometimes this can be extended. In most instances full payment is required.
- You come back and try it on. We'll be in touch the moment it arrives, so you can pop in and make sure it's exactly right before it's yours.
